EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Introduction

1. This is the 5^th monthly Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) Report under First Phase Development of Kwu Tung North (KTN) and Fanling North (FLN) New Development Areas (NDAs), comprising the Advance Works and First Stage Works (the Project). This report was prepared by Wellab Limited under ¡§Service Contract No. NDO 04/2019 Environmental Team for Environmental Monitoring and Audit Works in Construction Phase for the First Phase Development of KTN and FLN NDAs¡¨ (hereinafter called the ¡§Service Contract¡¨). This report documents the findings of Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) work conducted in March 2020.

2. During the reporting month, the following Works Contracts were undertaken for the Project:

This report has been prepared in compliance with the reporting requirements for the subsequent monthly EM&A Report as required by the ¡§Updated Environmental Monitoring and Audit Manual for Advance and First Stage Works of Kwu Tung North and Fanling North New Development Areas¡¨ (Updated EM&A Manual).
