Wellab
Limited was commissioned by Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD)
as the Environmental Team to undertake the Environmental Monitoring and Audit
(EM&A) services for the Works Contracts involved in the implementation of First
Phase Development of Kwu Tung North (KTN) and Fanling North
(FLN) New Development Areas (NDAs) Project to ensure that the
environmental performance of the Works Contracts comply with the requirements
specified in the Environmental Permits (EPs), Updated Environmental Monitoring
& Audit (EM&A) Manual, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report of
the KTN FLN NDAs project and other relevant statutory requirements.

This is the 9th
EM&A Report which summarises the key findings of
the EM&A programme in July 2020.
