EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Introduction

1. This is the 6^th monthly Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) Report under First Phase Development of Kwu Tung North (KTN) and Fanling North (FLN) New Development Areas (NDAs), comprising the Advance Works and First Stage Works (the Project). This report was prepared by Wellab Limited under ¡§Service Contract No. NDO 04/2019 Environmental Team for Environmental Monitoring and Audit Works in Construction Phase for the First Phase Development of KTN and FLN NDAs¡¨ (hereinafter called the ¡§Service Contract¡¨). This report documents the findings of Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) work conducted in April 2020.

2. During the reporting month, the following Works Contracts were undertaken for the Project:
