Project team of the First Phase of Kwu Tung North and Fanling North Project won the Silver Award (Project Category) in the Hong Kong Construction Common Data Environment Award co-organised by the Development Bureau and the Construction Industry Council.  DCED and the project team received the award during the Construction Innovation Expo 2022. 

The award aims to recognise local projects and organisations that best utilise Common Data Environment (CDE) to improve project management, collaboration, and productivities and share the awardees' experiences on utilising CDE for digital collaboration with the industry. 

By utilizing digital technologies include but not limited to Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Virtual Reality/ Augmented Reality (VR/ AR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) etc, and most strategically an all-in-one platform to knitted together the above, the project team sucessfully enhanced efficiency, accuracy and management standard in all aspects.  
The delegates of the Construction Innovation Expo 2022 visited our site on Dec 16 to learn more about our CDE platform and the innovative technologies adopted in our project.
